The Harmony Trust, which runs fifteen academies in Oldham, Tameside, and Derby, was founded in February 2014 with the primary goal of improving academic performance in nearby schools. We are now looking for a qualified and incredibly collaborative Head of Finance to join our team. This is a fantastic chance to join a thriving, values-driven Trust and directly impact the communities we serve.
The selected applicant will work closely with Trust and senior school leaders, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, to deliver consistently excellent professional and operational financial support. In actuality, this will entail implementing operational rigor and leading a group of finance experts to supply The Harmony Trust with an effective and efficient financial service.
You must be able to display active financial leadership and a thorough knowledge of the procedures required to ensure sound financial planning if you want to be successful. You'll undoubtedly have significant expertise in financial management and planning, as well as be a proactive and strategic leader.
The new Head of Finance will have a natural talent for managing teams and communicating clearly, and you'll be able to show fortitude and resolve in sticking to deadlines under duress. You will also be able to work quickly and prioritize tasks well, in addition to having strong organizational abilities.
